This name originates from Bulgaria. It is part of the Bulgaria Gazetteer and the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica.

Narrative

The ice-covered peak rising to 1100 m in the W foothills of Bruce Plateau on Graham Coast in Graham Land. Situated 21.65 km ESE of Lens Peak, 12.77 km SE of Coblentz Peak and 21 km N of Richardson Nunatak. Steep and partly ice-free SW slopes. Surmounts Caulfield Glacier to the N and Rickmers Glacier to the S. British mapping in 1976. Named after Stefan Dodunekov (1945-2012), for his support for the Bulgarian Antarctic topographic surveys and mapping.
